I am curious if there has been any movement to bring ultimate frisbee to any of Gwinnett’s Parks? I am looking for a youth league to bring a team to. any help on this would be great. Thanks

Hi Gloria. Most times the schools are the best place to start. Short of that there are a few programs out there. You can try http://www.lightningspikes.com/ Registration for the 2010 Season Begins November 21, 2009. Registration will be held at Berkmar High School between 12pm-2pm. Download and complete registration forms off their site.
There is also the Jackrabbit Track & Field Clinic – Jackrabbit Club – 2090A Hwy 317 #422, Suwannee, GA 30024 404-545-8304 info@jackrabbitclub.com Website: http://jackrabbitclub.com/ program is for kids 7-18. They are memebers of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and the United States of America Track & Field Association (USATF)
Victory Thoroughbreds I believe they still are active in Norcross try their number 770-572-7885. Try to contact the USA Track and Field Georgia Association at Email: inezfinch@aol.com or 770- 977-1850 for Inez Finch. I’ve also emailed Inez for information – once I get it I’ll post it online. North Gwinnett Bulldogs registration began Oct 1. You can register on-line at this site http://www.ngbulldoglax.com/. You can also register in person at the George Pierce Park Community Recreation Center located at: 55 Buford Highway, Suwanee, GA 30024.
