Harbin’s dog park is now open. Take Luke Edwards road to the traffic circle and turn right. The dog park is located behind the football field.

I would lobe to know who to talk to about lengthenimg the chains on the trash.can lids at harbins dog park. They r too short and lids wont close properly, leaving a terrible smell.
