Haunted Hills Hayride

Victoria Bryant State Park – Royston
Take a scary hayride with live-action haunted scenes. This event is not recommend for children younger than 12 or anyone with a heart problem or pregnancy. Hosted by the Friends of Victoria Bryant State Park. $5 per person $5 parking. (706) 245-6270.

Halloween Kiddie Carnival
Saturday, October 31, 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Victoria Bryant State Park – Royston
Children 14 and younger can join us for bobbing for apples, a beanbag pumpkin toss, greased pumpkin race, costume contest, hayrides and snacks. Hosted by the Friends of Victoria Bryant State Park. $2 plus $5 parking. (706) 245-6270.


1860s Halloween Carnival
Saturday, October 17, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Florence Marina State Park – Florence

Little Ocmulgee State Park and Lodge – Helena

Halloween at Creepy Crooked River
Saturday, October 24, 5 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Crooked River State Park – St. Marys
Walk through the halls of the haunted nature center, then take a haunted hayride if you dare. All ages welcome. Kids must be accompanied by a parent on the hayride. $5 parking. (912) 882-5256.
