Home Food Preservation Class: Summer Fruits and Vegetables

June 6 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. The Gwinnett Cooperative Extension Service presents this home canning class to teach you how to safely preserve summer’s bounty. The class includes a demonstration of a summer recipe using a water bath canner. The cost to participate is $3 cash, exact change only. Pre-registration is required.
